If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription you can do this by contacting our team on hello@salonrated.com.
To be eligible for a cancelation, all received items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, your account listing will then be removed from the software and a refund issued.
Once the items have be returned no further subscription charges will be made.
If you have paid in advance for the full year subscription and decide to cancel, the past and current months will be deducted from he refund and all goods received must be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
