Using a digital diary on your phone is useful because we are always on them. They are also easily accessible and alerts can be set as reminders. If using your phone or work isn’t your thing – a physical diary works just as well. (Whatever works best for you!)
Alow for buffer time within your diary – time in-between appointments for preperation, travel time and breaks. Even if it’s just for a cuppa!
